With regards to the service, their team has been nothing but outstanding. Some hotel facilites most of the time have icky spots (yellowish) tub, toilet or even sheets.
It might be insignificant for some but for me, this made our stay extra convenient apart from the washer and dryer, microwave and all the amenities a complete home could have. They have a water dispenser, above all, lol.
The amenities and facilities are all spotless considering this pandemic. My family had been to different places, stayed in different hotels and this by far is the top-notch. This hotel can compete and even surpass the hotels in America or even England and other places we have visited. I have not seen anything that i can say something bad about. I am a very meticulous person, even more than particular, and i must say, they delivered well over and beyond my expectations. Let me start with the hotel and the room itself. i think this a perfect word to describe the service, the hotel, and the whole crew of ASCOTT BGC.
